While swimming remains the heart of our organization, we also offer organized sports programs that help participants develop athletic ability, teamwork, leadership, and confidence.
Basketball Training
Improve ball handling, shooting, passing, defensive techniques, footwork, agility, court awareness, and teamwork. Players receive structured instruction designed to strengthen individual skills while preparing them for game situations.
Soccer Training
Focus on technical development, coordination, speed, conditioning, passing accuracy, ball control, shooting, defensive positioning, and teamwork. Every session encourages athletes to grow in both skill and confidence.
Volleyball Training
Instruction in serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, communication, movement, and game strategy. Our coaches emphasize teamwork and consistency while helping players improve every aspect of their game.
